The company’s extensive knowledge and expertise in manufacturing highly accurate temperature control equipment for the scientific market, has enabled them to introduce the Clifton Food Range® which offers chefs sous vide equipment with unparallelled specific temperature control to produce consistently perfect results. Continuous investment in the latest manufacturing and information technology means that the company can remain competitive and innovative with new products and designs. Clifton water baths are in use in the most acclaimed kitchens worldwide and chefs regularly refer to them as ‘Cliftons’. The range that Clifton offer continues to grow as more and more chefs demand the equipment. Along with the unstirred and stirred range of water baths, Clifton Food Range® also offer a range of duobaths ™ and compact water baths. The duobath ™ allows the chef to cook at two different tem
peratures simultaneously and with two different liquids, e.g. water in one side and oil in the other. The compact water baths have the controls placed on the narrow end of the bath, so that the whole unit can be run from ‘front to back’ on the counter top.
