  juan @juanmaelcielo Juan Manuel Barriento is the founder and owner of Elcielo Restaurants. Starting his Columbian fine-dining venture in Medellín, Juan’s restaurant group expanded to Bogota, Columbia, before venturing to the USA where Elcielo has a residency in Miami. Juan was awarded No. 46 in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2015.   rene @reneredzepinoma René Redzepi is the chef and owner of Michelin starred Noma, in Copenhagen. Noma is famous for serving innovative dishes, and Rene for reinventing classic Nordic cuisine. On his Instagram, Rene gives those who can’t jump on a plane to visit his restaurant the chance to see both behind the scenes and the finished dishes. Noma has been named as the Best Restaurant in the World repeatedly since it’s opening in 2004. massimo @massimobottura Italian chef Massimo Bottura is the owner of 3 Michelin star Osteria Francescana and brasserie Franceschetta58 in Modena. Famous for it’s ‘Tradition in Evolution’ menu, Osteria Francescana took 2nd place on The World`s 50 Best Restaurants 2015 and has been voted the best restaurant in Italy for the past 7 years. nina @niksya Nina Tarasova is a pastry consultant who travels around the world styling for various restaurants, cafes, pastry shops and bakeries. She is also ambassador of Cacao Barry. Trained in France, Nina attended the School of Alain Ducasse in 2011 before going on to offer her pastry skills for top chefs around the world. Nina’s Instagram gives followers the opportunity to see the great pastry works she creates for her clients.   jean @chefjgv Jean-Georges Vongerichten owns 30 restaurants around the world including London, Paris, Paradise Island, Dubai Shanghai, and Tokyo and notably, the three Michelin starred Jean Georges in New York. His Instagram documents his culinary journeys around the world.   dan @dandoherty_ Dan Doherty is Executive Chef at Duck and Waffle. Training in kitchens such as the Michelin starred 1 Lombard Street, Noble Rot, Roux Fine Dining, The Ambassador and The Empress, before going on to open The Old Brewery in Greenwich. In 2012, Dan joined the Duck and Waffle, London’s first 24 hour restaurant.   jason @ChefJasonHoward Jason Howard began his career as a private chef, before opening his Caribbean restaurant, Froottree, last year. Sharing his dishes on social media is something Jason is passionate about, “Instagram is important because as chefs we need to share our discoveries and then people spread the word about you and more people come to try your food.” Jason aspires to be the first chef to gain a Michelin star for Caribbean cuisine.   watkins @chefdanielwatkins Daniel Watkins is head chef at The Anchor in Hullbridge, a 2016 Bib Gormand. He is passionate about working within the seasons, living by the ‘field to plate’ ethos. His Instagram account shows an abundance of fresh produce alongside his shots from his travels and behind the scenes of the kitchen.   april @aprilbloomfleid April Bloomfield is the owner of Michelin Starred The Spotted Pig in New York, and 4 other restaurants including The Breslin Bar & Dining Room which also had been awarded a Michelin star since it’s opening in 2009. Originally from Birmingham, England, April has worked in various kitchens throughout London including Kensington Place and The River Café.   jamie @jamieoliver It would be almost rude not to include the TV chef and health enthusiast in this list. With almost 4 million followers, Jamie Oliver is one of the most followed chefs on Instagram!
