So in this video we’re going to look at making a simple plain omelette, It’s going to be a 3 egg omelette, I’ve got one egg already on the go, so we’re going to add two more eggs to that, just crack the eggs into the bowl and give them a whisk up just to combine the yolks and whites, I don’t think you want to over whisk the eggs just so you can still see the separation between the white and the yolk, we are going to get our pan warming up so we going to go in with a little bit of oil and since reasonably hot, I’m going to season up by egg mix with a little bit of black pepper and a couple of pinches of sea salt, we’re going to mix that in and were going to get some butter into the pan and we’re just going to wait until it stops foaming, and then we are going to go straight in with our egg mix.

I’m going to stir fairly rapidly as we turn the heat down as we also keep moving the pan just keep it moving nicely, until it’s nearly set and then you just let that finish in the pan, the pan maybe a little big for 3 eggs, but were going to let them firm up slightly but you want the bottom to be nice and pale the centre wants to have a little bit of runniness to it still, so I’d actually say that we're about there on that, so I'm just going to start to roll this in the pan and then we’re going to just take that onto the plate, and that’s how to make a simple omelette.
