Great British Menu 2015 returned to BBC2 as the Great British Menu chefs battle to show off their culinary skills and recipes at a banquet to celebrate 100 years of the Women's Institute.

The veteran judges for Great British Menu 2015 were: Michael Smith, Emily Watkins, Tom Kerridge assisted by Tom Aikens on fish course, Phil Howard, Marcus Wareing, Sat Bains, Daniel Clifford and Richard Corrigan.

The four chefs who made it to the Great British Menu 2015 banquet

The four chefs who made it to the Great British Menu 2015 banquet were: Richard Bainbridge, chef patron of Benedicts, who served both the starter, "We All Stand For Jerusa-lamb" and the dessert, "Inspiring Women". The  fish course by Michael O'Hare, chef patron of Michelin-starred The Man Behind the Curtain, was  "Emancipation". Matt Gillan from Brighton-based Pike and Pine serevd the main course, "Teaching And Preaching".
