There were a number of establishments to have their stars deleted in this year’s guide. Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley lost 1 star, now a 1 Michelin-starred restaurant; Le Champignon Sauvage, lost 1 star, now a 1 Michelin-starred restaurant, Gidleigh Park lost 1 star, new chef gains a Michelin star, now a 1 Michelin-starred restaurant. Those who lost stras completely were Ellory (restaurant closed), HKK (restaurant closed), Outlaw's at the Capital, Ametsa, Jamavar, Tamarind (restaurant closed), Lima Fitzrovia, Royal Oak, Butchers Arms, Harrow at Little Bedwyn, JSW, Box Tree, Albannach (restaurant closed), Boath House and Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond (restaurant closed).
