Two Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey has announced the launch of his new venture Bech-Bailey following his departure from AIMSIR earlier this year.

Working with his wife and business partner, Majken Bech-Bailey, Bech-Bailey represents a hospitality consultancy and events catering provider, aiming to create exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Announcing the brand new project, in a social media post, Jordan said: “It's been a journey, but we are thrilled to finally bring Bech-Bailey to the world. A massive thank you to the guys that built this beautiful website for us and brought our vision to life.

It added: “This is just the beginning, and we can't wait to share every step of the way with you. Thank you all for your ongoing support, and we hope you'll enjoy the journey with us.”

Jordan left AIMSIR in April 2023 after spending more than five years working at the two-Michelin starred restaurant.

During his time there, AIMSIR broke the record when it became the fastest restaurant in the history of the Michelin guide to achieve two stars after they secured them within four months of opening.

Before joining AIMSIR, Jordan held positions at Norway’s three Michelin-starred Maaemo, as well as the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains is Nottingham, and the one Michelin-starred The Elephant in Torquay.

Following Jordan’s departure, AIMSIR is yet to announce a replacement, with the restaurant’s website informing visitors ‘New chapter coming soon’.
