Alexander & Björck appoints Chris Johns as Head Chef

D&D London announces Chris Johns as Head Chef of boutique event creation company, Alexander & Björck.

With a wealth of experience working in Michelin starred restaurants L’autre Pied in London and L’enclume in Cartmel, Chris is looking forward to the new challenge of working with Alexander & Björck. His menu will draw inspiration from around the world and will be tailored to each client and event.

Chris most recently worked as Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s three AA Rosette Maze. Prior to this, Chris was Head Chef of Soho’s highly acclaimed wine bar, Antidote, where he worked closely with Michelin-starred chef consultant, Mikael Jonsson of Hedone.

Alexander & Björck create sophisticated corporate and private events throughout London and beyond, and their expertise lies in sourcing distinctive event venues, from modern established art galleries to iconic landmarks.
