We're excited to be taking a stellar line-up of chefs For The Staff Canteen Live At HRC with us on March 3rd, 4th and 5th - including Jason Atherton, Tom Kerridge, Angela HartnettSimon Hulstone and Michel Roux Jr

They will be on stage with a member of their team and cook for the live audience attending the event, showcasing emblematic dishes on the menu at their iconic restaurants. 

We know you can't contain your excitement, don't worry there are only a few more weeks to go but to keep you going until then our guest chefs will all be taking over our Instagram so you can ask them anything you want.

First up was Sally Abé from The Harwood Arms Sally has been the head chef at the Michelin-starred The Harwood Arms in London since 2017.

Prior to taking the helm at the gastropub - named the best in the country by Estrella Damm in 2020 - Sally worked for Gordon Ramsay at The Savoy and at Claridges, followed by a stint at The Ledbury, before joining chef Phil Howard at Elystan Street.

Together with her husband Matt, the chef de cuisine at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, the couple are a force to be reckoned with in the restaurant industry.

We normally eat out!

Cod with colcannon and bacon, just the thing to brighten a dreary winter day!

Do you and your husband Matt compete with each other in culinary terms?

We don't compete as we have very different styles but we do share ideas, recipes and cookbooks!

 

What's the most intense kitchen you've worked in?

The Ledbury

What's your unpopular food opinion? Is there anything you don't like that people love?

I can't stand red beetroot!
