Michelin-starred chef Tim Allen joins The Staff Canteen Live 2020 line-up at HRC

We’re taking The Staff Canteen Live 2020 – to HRC (formally Hotelympia) on March 3rd-5th and we’re bringing some of the most exciting names in the hospitality industry with us.

This year we are highlighting the ones to watch and they will be joined on stage by their mentors past and present plus, some of the top front of house will be on stage with the chefs to give us an insight into their partnership. 

We are excited to announce that Tim Allen from Michelin-starred, The Flitch of Bacon, is the final chef to join this year's line-up.

Also part of the incredible line-up this year is Paul Walsh and Jason Atherton, who have recently launched The Betterment in London, and Hartnett Holder Co's Luke Holder, also from Limewood and Angela Hartnett, also from Murano. 

The line-up will also include Tom de Keyser and Jamie May from The Hand and Flowers and The Coach in Marlow, joined by Michelin-starred Tom Kerridge; James Knappett and Sandia Chang of 2 Michelin-starred Kitchen Table.

We're excited to announce that for the first time, Michel Roux Jr will be joining us on The Staff Canteen stage - he will be alongside Roux Scholar, Martin Carabott. We also have Michelin-starred Sally Abé from The Harwood Arms, Jamie Park and Adam Handling from The Frog Hoxton and Colin McGurran and Gareth Bartram from Michelin-starred, Winteringham Fields.

Plus joining this amazing line-up is Michelin-starred Simon Hulstone from The Elephant, Robin Gill and Emma Underwood from The Dairy and recently opened Darby's. Plus, Holborn Dining Room's Calum Franklin and Nokuthula Mbambo.

There will be regular sessions running every day of the three-day show with a changing line-up of chefs providing visitors with interactive demonstrations, recipe guidance and cooking tips.

Samples of the chefs’ dishes will be regularly making their way into the audience, so not only can you see cooking at its finest, you can taste it too! Each session will offer show visitors the chance to question the chefs on a range of industry, food and cooking-related topics. Hotelympia has returned to its original name HRC – Hotel, Restaurant and Catering and will take place at ExCeL London from 3-5 March 2020.

The event with bring together four shows covering everything from food, drink, catering equipment, interiors, technology alongside talks, masterclasses, panel debates and much more.
