February's Member of the Month is Onik Minasian. Originally from Tunbridge Wells, Onik works as a sous chef at Ginger & Fred Restaurant in Nové Město in the Czech Republic. Onik's creative style and Mediterranean influences really make his food stand out from the crowd, and he's built up quite an Instagram following!
