The most popular recipe this month was Jean-Philippe Blondet's 'Baba like in Monte Carlo'! Jean-Philippe is executive chef at three Michelin starred Mayfair restaurant, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. This exquisite rum baba is available on their A La Carte Menu.

Joe is head chef at The Wychwood Inn in Oxfordshire. He has a penchant for recreating British classics with his own twist, and was classically trained at Lords of the Manor.
