Okay we are going to make some tartar sauce, so your fish Fridays favourite making use of our homemade mayonnaise, some chopped parsley, just got some flat parsley there just roughly chopped, some very small caper berries because they are the Lilliput style, I'm just going to add those in whole using the larger caper berries maybe just chop them slightly, then finally

we are going to take some cornichons just run our knife through, so the mayonnaise is just carrying all of those flavours there, the natural seasoning for fish is lemon give a quite generous squeeze of lemon there, that there is our fresh mayonnaise with the addition of our cornichons and our capers to make sauce Tartar.
