How to make Thousand Island dressing

The Staff Canteen

Okay were going to make some thousand island dressing, so, first of all, we've got some of our Marie rose and were going to add the chives, red onions, a little bit of red and green peppers, extra hit of Tabasco and a couple of twists of black pepper, so we start off with our red peppers, a nice fine dice a nice dice of red pepper, so again same thing with the green, red onion, nothing

too fine just about a couple of tablespoons of red onion, a good tablespoon of chopped chives and all of that together a couple of twists of black pepper, a little splash of tobacco and we put Tabasco in our Marie rose, we’re just after a little bit more warmth, so we've got a nice bite of the peppers and the onions there we go, a Thousand Island.
