30 sec microwave olive sponge

Sponge

Ingredients

  • Kalamata olives
  • Caster sgr
  • Flour
  • Egg whites
  • Xantana optional

Method

Blend olives sugar to a fine puree and then pass through fine strainer
After passing add flour and egg whites, blend it .
Pour it in a spuma gun charge it with 2 cylinders rest it for 20 munutes
Fill 3/4 in a paper cup and cook it in microwave for 30 sec and its ready
