Dickie's Cocktail School runs monthly cocktail classes using the best of the harvest from their estate in Ireland, Virginia Park Lodge. Each masterclass teaches 2 cocktails per person with canapés fresh from the Corrigans Mayfair kitchen. There is also a recipe card to take home and practice. This Dickies Mayfair recipe 'All You Need Is Love’ is for those wishing to try their hand at a little Valentines mixology at home. Here's how it's done:

Combine ingredients except the sorrel in a cocktail shaker, serve in a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with the butterfly sorrel on top.
