Dickie's Cocktail School runs monthly cocktail classes using the best of the harvest from their estate in Ireland, Virginia Park Lodge. Each masterclass teaches 2 cocktails per person with canapés fresh from the Corrigans Mayfair kitchen. There is also a recipe card to take home and practice.
