Iced Sorrel

Iced Sorrel recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 large sorrel leaves, in perfect
  • condition
  • icing sugar

Method

1. Lay the sorrel leaves out on
baking trays and place in the freezer
until completely crisp and frozen.
2. Remove from the freezer, dust
heavily on both sides with icing sugar
and serve immediately.
