- Plain Flour: 180g 360g 680g
- Kerrymaid Premium
- Baking: 113g 226g 452g
- Caster Sugar : 56g 113g 226g
Ingredients
Method
Hot Chocolate:
Bring Kerrymaid Double to the boil
Remove from the heat whisk in the chocolate
Then gradually whisk in the milk
Shortbread:
Mix all the ingredients together till a dough just forms
Work by hand till smooth
Leave to rest in the fridge
Roll out 1cm thick
Cover with caster sugar
Bake 160°c 12 minutes
