Ingredients

  • ⁣Hot Chocolate: x1 x2 x3
  • Kerrymaid Double: ⁣ 500g 1000g 2000g
  • ⁣Whole milk: 1000g 2000g 4000g
  • ⁣Milk Chocolate : 1250g 2500g 5000g
  • ⁣⁣Shortbread: x1 x2 x3
  • Plain Flour: ⁣ 180g 360g 680g
  • ⁣⁣Kerrymaid Premium
  • Baking: 113g 226g 452g
  • ⁣Caster Sugar : 56g 113g 226g

Method

⁣Hot Chocolate: ⁣
Bring Kerrymaid Double to the boil
Remove from the heat whisk in the chocolate
Then gradually whisk in the milk
⁣⁣⁣Shortbread:
⁣Mix all the ingredients together till a dough just forms
Work by hand till smooth
Leave to rest in the fridge
Roll out 1cm thick
Cover with caster sugar
Bake 160°c 12 minutes
