Passionfruit Bloom at The Petersham Restaurant

Passionfruit Bloom at The Petersham Restaurant is a vodka based cocktail with Passoa and orange juice.

Ingredients

  •  50ml vodka
  •  25ml Passoa (passionfruit liqueur)
  •  50ml orange juice
  •  1 tbsp passionfruit puree  ½ tbsp lime juice
  •  ½ tbsp sugar syrup
  •  Ice
  •  Snapdragon flowers

Method

1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Strain the cocktail into a chilled, salt-rimmed martini glass and garnish with snapdragon flowers.
