Summer’s Garden at The Petersham Restaurant

Summer’s Garden at The Petersham Restaurant - this vodka based cocktail uses kiwi puree and is garnished with a pansy.

Ingredients

  •  50ml vodka
  •  25ml kiwi puree
  •  25ml lime juice
  •  1 tbsp sugar syrup
  •  Ice
  •  Pansy flowers

Method

Mix the kiwi puree with the sugar syrup in the bottom a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice, add the vodka and lime juice and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a chilled, salt-rimmed martini glass and garnish with pansy flowers.
