Tropical Fruit Compote

Ingredients

  • 3 Passion fruits
  • 1 Mango cut into small cubes
  • 10 Lychee cut into quarters
  • ½ Lime Zest
  • 10g Sugar
  • 150g Mango Puree
  • 5g Lemon Juice

Method

Cook the flesh of the passion fruit for a few minutes to thicken –
Pour over the prepared Mango and Lychee
Stir in the lime zest and sugar
Combine the mango puree and lemon juice
Mix all ingredients well together – chill until ready to use
