Craggs & Co Spelt & Ginger Oat Biscuits

20 min

Craggs & Co's award-winning white and wholegrain spelt flour is grown, harvested and milled in the North East.

Their spelt flour is naturally high in protein and fibre. There are also numerous health benefits associated with eating the ancient grain spelt (www.craggsandco.co.uk/health-benefits).

In 2018 they were awarded 5 stars at the Great Taste Awards. 3 for their wholegrain and 2 for their white spelt flour.

Ancient grains are increasing in popularity. In early 2019, Craggs & Co increased their product range to include other ancient grain flours such as rye, emmer and einkorn.
