- 2tbsp Sunflower oil
- 200g Onions diced
- 500g Lean minced beef
- 200g MAGGI Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce
- 15g Smoked paprika
- 400g Red kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 25g MAGGI Beef Bouillon
- 100g Desert apple diced
- 2tbsp Habanero Sauce (see recipe)
- Pinch Dried chilli flakes
- as needed Guacamole (see recipe)
- as needed Soured cream
- as needed Corn tortilla chips

Method
Heat the oil in a large pan and soften the onions
Add the beef and brown, ensuring it is all broken down and evenly coloured.
Stir in the tomato sauce, paprika, kidney beans and bouillon.
Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 40minutes. Add the chopped apples and habanero sauce and chilli flakes to taste.
Serve with guacamole, soured cream and corn chips.
