- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 shallot, very finely chopped
- 500g button mushrooms
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2tbsp MAGGI Mushroom Liquid Concentrated Fonds

Heat the oil in a large pan and soften the garlic and the shallot. Add the mushrooms, bay leaves and thyme and sauté until browned. Stir in the fond and cook for a further minute to glaze the mushrooms. Serve immediately.
