Homemade floral syrup and Ketel One vodka Forbidden Fruit cocktail

5 min

A light yet heady cocktail of vodka and homemade floral syrup – perfect to sip on while finishing up dinner preparations, laying the table and freshening up. This is one to impress with!

Ingredients

  • 20ml Ketel One vodka 10ml rose & hibiscus flower syrup (simply mix 10g hibiscus petals, 10g rose petals, 150ml hot water and 150g sugar).

Method

Mix the incredients together and top with sparkling wine or Champagne and throw in a few raspberries so they bob around in the glass. Best served in a Champagne flute or coupe if you have one – they look so much classier!
