- 30ml curry powder
- 80ml maple syrup

In a large frying pan, sauté the chicken in oil for 3 minutes over high heat, browning the chicken on all sides. Reduce the heat to medium and add 30ml of curry powder, 80ml maple syrup and 400ml can of coconut milk. Cook for 4 minutes and serve.
