Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the chicken and onion. Add the MAGGI Asian Liquid Concentrated Fonds and 800ml water. Stir in the MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix and spinach, simmer for 10 minutes. Add the pepper and beans and cook for a further 5 minutes. Finish with fresh coriander and serve.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with plain rice or coconut rice.
