Ingredients

  • 450g Water
  • 200g Wasabi
  • 100g Lime Juice
  • 30g Cornflour
  • 15g Mint Leaf (picked)

Method

Weigh the water, wasabi, lime juice and cornflour into a Thermo mix, cook at 90 for 8 minutes. Add the mint leaf and blend for a few seconds, pour into a paco cup and freeze. When frozen churn a small amount at a time and decant into a frozen container.
