Dez Turland Executive NPD chef of Brend Hotels group, based at the beautiful picturesque Saunton Sands Hotel, located on the cliff edge overlooking four and half miles of glorious beach.

Dez likes to source all his products from as close to the hotel as possible – meaning the beef and lamb come from the Exmoor National Park region of the West Country which he believes gives his lamb a distinctive flavour of the flowering meadows.
