So here we are november 15th!! already! 
Fish is plentiful and amazing quality at the moment
We landed off looe market today plenty of local mackerel and monkfish tails there is a few wild sea bass around at the moment but holding out on the price,
From Plymouth market we saw plenty aswell today with a wide selection of red gurnard
These fish are not praised as much as they should be, with their deep flavour and wonderful texture and also they are classed as a highly sustainable fish and their bones makes fantastic fish stock!
Hake is being landed off newlyn these beautiful stiff alive fish are the silvery beasts of the sea ! great value for money aswell.
Mackerel from looe is plentiful these amazing local fish are also a good buy at the moment
Why not try whole pollock with 2-3kg fish great value for money and a fantastic change from the norm, highly available at the moment being landed in Plymouth
