Well there is a great amout of fish around at the moment with the big fish ie Cod, Pollock and Hake all nice white chunky fish
Looe market is seeing mackerel , monkfish tails and a few day boat lemons and Large 1/2 shelled scallops!
From Plymouth we are seeing Hake, Whole Cod, Line caught Pollock (amazing quality 2-3kg fish also 3-4kg fish
Ling aslo is 5-7kg fish great for fish pies:) whole haddocks 500-1kg fish perfect for fish and chips!
loch duart salmon are amazing quality close to being organic fish by the way they are fed and also the way they are farmed,
Wild Bass is around but holding the price also a few turbots still holding value in money
Diver caught scallops are at their best right now with massive meats inside !

shellfish is fantastic aswell this time of year we have exclusive deep sea "A" grade mussels from the outskirts of St Austell bay its the only deep sea farm and they are fantastic quality!
