Jak O’Donnell from The Sisters in Glasgow talks Scotch lamb and Great British Menu

Jak O’Donnell talks about her role as Chef Director at the Sisters in Glasgow, a business she runs with her Sister Pauline across two sites in the Scottish city - one in Kelvinsgrove and a second in Jordanhill. Jak talks about her passion for quality ingredients, how her restaurants work directly with farmers, the importance of traceability to her business and why they only use Scotch lamb in their restaurant.

Winner of the Scottish heats of Great British Menu, Jak also talks about the TV programme and how it has had a positive effect on business. Jak is passionate about Scotland and Glasgow, and highlights the changes to the city across the last 17-years that she and her sister have been in business.
