Lockhart Catering Equipment has added a premium buffet solution to its’ portfolio by partnering with Skyra to become an exclusive UK distributor.
The modular, collapsible range has been designed so operators can mix-and-match pieces of kit to build a custom buffet solution that meets their unique requirements.
Forming the base of the design, Skyra’s tables are easy to fold down for transportation and storage. Top modules are installed on the frame with locking studs, which eliminates the need for screws during set up. Operators can choose their own frame, front panel, storage, and finish – with the range available in White Marble, Dark Oak, or Black to complement the ethos of the venue. Beyond their elegance the flexibility, these units have also been designed with sturdiness and security in mind, and are capable of carrying up to 300kg in load.
To serve the food, Skyra’s range includes three curated chafing dish collections; classic stainless-steel Presidential, matte black Spectra, and characterful hammered Burnt Copper, all of which are induction-friendly and have been designed to meet modern culinary demands. Each can come with a traditional lift-top lid for quick service, or hydraulic glass lid which benefits from soft-opening technology.

The Skyra collection join’s Lockhart’s existing Arena range, with both being available to view at Lockhart’s dedicated Buffet Innovation Centre within its Theale Head Office. The showroom acts as a buffet-specific sister to Lockhart’s tableware and glassware focused Innovation Centre in central London.
