We had a great time at Hotelympia this week. It was really positive speaking to all the Chefs competing in the various events going on all week, and all the Lecturers we met, there are too many to name them all.
Really enjoyed the handful of live demonstrations at Staff Canteen Live too! Particularly interesting was the Kirk Haworth plant based dish we saw, with Nigel Haworth on hand of course, with some expert prep skills :)
Highly recommend a visit to Staff Canteen Live if you're down there today folks!
