About Jihun
Jihun Kim took the reins at Dosa in, bringing with him a unique culinary background that blends classical European training with a deep appreciation for Asian flavours.
Before joining Dosa, Jihun honed his skills in some of London’s top kitchens, including time at Michelin-starred establishments such as Pied à Terre and The Ledbury, where he developed his precision and finesse. His passion for Asian cuisine grew through years of travel and study, exploring the complex layering of spices and techniques unique to the region.
He said: “At Dosa, we honour the traditions of South Indian cooking while reimagining them in a modern context. Every dish is a celebration of bold flavours, vibrant
colours, and refined technique.”
