As you can see, we have once again a very strong line up of competitors and establishments, including Michelin starred. The competition takes place on Monday 5th November at University College Birmingham. There will be two heats followed by a Dinner and Awards Evening. Competitors have two hours to produce their 3-course meal highlighting British produce, with the starter being suitable for a vegetarian.
