Our Chef Plus Member of the Month for June is Stefan Winheim. Stefan works as chef de cuisine at the Hotel an der Therme Bad Orb, just outside of Frankfurt. He is responsible for catering for a variety of guests at the hotel and spa, and has a creative and modern cooking style.

For his prizes, Stefan won  a copy of  Cook Yourself Happy: The Danish Way by Caroline Fleming and The Staff Canteen 10th Anniversary mug.
