- Succulent lamb patties - shallow fried.
- 500g lamb mince
- 125g Yellow chana lentils
- 100g Onion
- 10g Ginger, chopped
- 15g Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 20g mint, chopped
- 1 Egg
Ingredients
Method
Boil the lamb mince with all the ingredients except the mint and egg.
Cook till the lentils are soft and the water is absorbed.
Blend in a mixer and make a smooth paste.
Allow to cool but cracking in an egg and adding the chopped mint. Make the mixture into patties and shallow fry.
