Ingredients

  • Succulent lamb patties - shallow fried.
  • 500g lamb mince
  • 125g Yellow chana lentils
  • 100g Onion
  • 10g Ginger, chopped
  • 15g Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 20g mint, chopped
  • 1 Egg

Method

Boil the lamb mince with all the ingredients except the mint and egg.
Cook till the lentils are soft and the water is absorbed.
Blend in a mixer and make a smooth paste.
Allow to cool but cracking in an egg and adding the chopped mint. Make the mixture into patties and shallow fry.
