Ingredients

  • 150 gr riso carnaroli
  • 200 ml black ink stock
  • 30gr parmesan
  • 20 gr butter
  • 20 gr sour butter
  • 35 ml white wine
  • 50 gr squid tagliatelle
  • 30 gr peas tagliatelle
