- 2 vanilla pods
- 1 lime juice and zest
- 9 gelatine leaves

In a pan combine coconut milk sugar vanilla pods and just and juice from lime
Make sure your sugar will dissolve before bringing it to the boill
When boiled add gelatine and stir in
Take of heat and whisk in your cream
Pass and fill up your moulds
Set in fridge
