Maple syrup ice cream

Egg free tastes amazing


  • 3L milk
  • 300g sugar
  • 300g maple syrup
  • 1 tin of condensed milk


01. In a pan combine milk sugar and half of maple syrup and reduce by half.
02. Take off stove
03. While still hot whisk in condensed milk until one consistency achieved
04. Leave on side for 20 min and put into Ice cream machine
05. While churning add rest of maple syrup.
06. Enjoy your ice cream. They will be white with brown ish blend into it. Taste great with honeycomb.
