Andra style gongra claiflower marination
- Organic yoghurt - 100g.
- Andra gongra pickle - 50g.
- Ginger paste - 20 g.
- Garlic paste - 20g.
- Oil - 10 ml
- Salt - 3 g.
- Kashmir chilli powder - 2 g.
- Pancha Puran - 5 g.

Authentic style marinated califlower with Andhra pickle and organic yoghurt with aromatic spices and fabulous flavours.
Cut big chunks of califlower and bunch it hit water. Cool it down in ice bath.
Now blend the pickle into nice paste
Mix organic yoghurt, pickle and all rest of the ingredients together.
Marinate with califlower.
Leave it for at least 1hr and cook it
