Boerenjongens crème brulee

Ingredients

  • Boerenjongens 500 gr
  • Cream 1100 gr
  • Sugar 200 gr
  • Gelatine 4 gr
  • Eggyolk 300 gr

Method

Cook the cream , suiker and the boerenjongens
Add the soaked gelatine
Pour the mass now at the egg yolk and stir well
Divide the mass now about the dishes
Do the dishes now in the oven and cook 1 hour and 15 minutes at 100 degrees
Let them cool down now and burn them off
