- 600ml Milk
- 28g Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- 28g Cornflour
- 100ml Gourmet Classic Cooking Brandy
- 150ml Double cream

Method
Wet the cornflour down with a little milk.
Place the milk and sugar together in a pan and bring to the boil.
Take off the boil and slowly whisk in the cornflour, add vanilla extract.
Slowly bring back to the boil, add Gourmet Classic Cooking Brandy.
Finish with frsh cream.
