Chicken Kebabs with a Chilli & Garlic Balsamic Glaze

From roasted chicken to stuffed chicken breast, chicken recipes are vast and varied. With a range of cooking methods and flavours to choose from, chicken recipes are a great way to exercise your chef skills.   • 8 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 2 fresh Fred chillies
  • Large pieces of red onion
  • 50ml Gourmet Classic Red Wne Vinegar
  • 100ml Gourmet Classic Balsamic Glaze
  • 100ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper


1. Cut the chicken meat into bite sized pieces and place into a non-aluminium bowl.
2. Mix the garlic, chopped chillies (without seeds), together with a little grated lemon zest, olive oil and Gourmet Classic white wine vinegar , salt and pepper.
3. Pour over the chicken pieces and allow to marinade for at least an hour in a refrigerator.
4. Place the pieces of chicken onto skewers with the onions, brush with the Gourmet Classic Balsamic Glaze and cook under a grill or on a barbecue for approximately 8-10mins. Ensure the chicken is well cooked before serving.
5. Just before serving drizzle with Gourmet Classic Balsamic Glaze.
