- 100g cooked samp
- 1 cup popcorn
- 200g cocoa butter
- 1tsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2tsp fine sea salt
- 1%xanthan gum
- 0.5% iota carrageenan
- 100g samp water

Method
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender except the cocoa butter.
Blend on high speed till smooth
Slowly pour cocoa butter into blender till completely emulsified
Pass through fine sieve
