Bring the milk and cream to the boil
Add and blend the Golden Cross logs
Whish in the Gelatine add...

Ingredients

  • 1pt milk
  • 1pt Double cream
  • 2 Golden Cross logs
  • 7 Leaves Gelatine (Soaked in cold water)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

Bring the milk and cream to the boil
Add and blend the Golden Cross logs
Whish in the Gelatine add salt and pepper
Set in moulds
