- grated zest i lemon. A
- seeds from 1 vanilla pod (optional) A
- 2tsp powdered gelatine B
- 4 tblsp cold water B

heat A gently til dissolved.
stir B together to soften.
add B to A, strain, stir until thickens like double cream,.
pour into wetted dariole moulds. leave to set for 2 hours.
