- 50g Spiced Sea Salt
- Small bunch of mint
- 5L Water

Method
Place the whole potatoes in a pan with butter, spiced salt and the mint. Cover with water and simmer till cooked. Remove from the heat and leave to cool in the water. Once cooled, remove from the water and store for service
