- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 75g caster sugar
- Small pinch of salt
- Part two
- 75ml cold water
- Part three
- Sea salt

Oatcake biscuits, for cheese.
Good textures, sweet and salty biscuits, great with mature cheddar.

Method
Combine part one, then slowly add part two.
Roll to .5 of a cm, cut to shape/size required. Sprinkle with sea salt bake at 165c for 8-12 minutes.
