Potato doughnuts

Korean pulled pork doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 15g yeast
  • 20g warm water
  • 250g dry mash potato
  • 250g flour
  • 25g butter

Method

Everything at room temp
Make like bread dough, prove
Shape 50g balls
Roll and fill with 20g of chosen filling
Prove
Deep fry at 170’c to order
